JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey judge is considering whether to suppress guns seized after three Pennsylvania residents were accused of trying to drive into New York City with a cache of weapons.

A Port Authority police officer testified on Thursday that he stopped their vehicle at the entrance to the Holland Tunnel in June because he saw a crack in the windshield and obstructions hanging from the rear-view mirror.Lawyers for John Cramsey, Dean Smith, and Kimberly Arendt insist the officer pulled Cramsey's truck over because it was adorned with cross-hairs and pro-Second Amendment decals.The officer said he did not inform Smith or Cramsey of their rights against self-incrimination before asking whether there were weapons in the vehicle.The three have pleaded not guilty to the weapons charges.
