Tamaqua police issued the following citations:

Frank Witmayer, 19, of North Railroad Street, Tamaqua, was cited for criminal mischief after he smashed two windows at a home on Lafayette Street. The incident was reported at 6:27 p.m. on Dec. 16.Scott Noll, 41, of Minersville, was charged with indirect criminal contempt of court for violating a Protection From Abuse order. He reportedly made repeated threatening calls and texts to a Tamaqua woman during the month of December.Lisa M. Cope, 51, of Hunter Street, Tamaqua, was charged with theft by unlawful taking after she removed a cellphone from a neighbor's home on Dec. 16.
