State police at the Frackville barracks arrested Curtis D. Navitsky on charges of robbery following an incident on Jan. 2 atWalnut Street in Ashland.

Police said the victim is a 22-year-old man from Gilberton. The incident happened when the victim arrived at the address, went inside and Navitsky allegedly took his wallet containing $160 and forced him out of the residence. Police said Navitsky later jumped out of the rear window of the residence, about 15 feet above ground, but was taken into custody.
