State Police at Schuylkill Haven charged a 22-year-old woman with felony retail theft after an incident that occurred on Christmas Eve.

Monique Thomas, 22, of Shamokin, faces felony charges because it is the third time she has been charged with retail theft, according to police.Thomas allegedly stole a Glade Plug-in from a Dollar General store located in Wayne Township, Schuylkill County.The incident took place around 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 24. No further details were available.
