West Penn Township police are investigating a crash along Route 895 in which one person was injured.

The crash occurred about 7:30 p.m. about two miles east of Route 309. An older gentleman was traveling east and lost control of his vehicle. The unit crossed the west bound lanes before going over a set of guard rails coming to rest on its roof.

The driver was being evaluated by of the Penn Mahoning ambulance. Responding was the West Penn fire company #1.

West Penn township police are investigating the incident.
