A McAdoo man is facing multiple charges as a result of several break-ins of vehicles in that community.

Borough police said Kevin Seigfried, 23, of 535 S. Kennedy Drive, is facing charges of theft and receiving stolen property.The incidents happened on Dec. 8, when police found several stolen items at Seigfried's residence.Police said the man entered the vehicle of a resident on the 200 block of S. Kennedy Drive and removed Ryobi power tools and a suitcase valued in excess of $200.Earlier, a resident of South Kennedy Drive reported seeing Seigfried inside his vehicle, holding pill bottles and papers belonging to the resident.Police said the man attempted to detain Seigfried but he ran off and nothing was missing.Police said when they went to Seigfried's residence, they retrieved the suitcase and power tools; a wallet and multiple belongings to a resident on South Kennedy Drive; and a black plastic case containing grilling utensils that were reported stolen from another resident on South Kennedy Drive.
