Diligent Fire Company No. 3, Jim Thorpe, was recently granted federal tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service. Helping the company was the firm of Snyder & Clemente, Accountants and Consultants, Hazleton, headed by Jim Thorpe native John M. Nonnemacher CPA, right, and Nicole Collevechio of Summit Hill, a senior at Neumann University who worked on the company's application as part of her summer intern project with Snyder & Clemente.
