Schuylkill County Judge Jacqueline L. Russell has accepted the following local people into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition probation program.

Entry into the program is not an admission of guilt. If they successfully complete the program for first-time offenders, their records may be expunged.Augustus D. Altemose, 22, of Summit Hill: Charged by Rush Township police with driving under the influence on Jan. 11.Russell placed him in the program for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $520 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.Eugene P. Brown Jr.,24, of Jim Thorpe; retail theft and receiving stolen property; Brown also must pay $38.99 restitution.Gary J. Cherry,50, of New Ringgold; false statement under penalty.Vincent M. Davis,46, of Tamaqua; false identification to law enforcement.Harold S. Elliott,56, of Nesquehoning; DUI. Elliott also must pay $120 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.Paul F. Garcia,35, of Delano; DUI. Garcia also must pay $520 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.Stanley C. Moldenhauer, 36, of Tamaqua; DUI.ARD terminations:Sarina Gillott,26, New Ringgold: President Judge William E. Baldwin terminated her participation in the program, and she is now facing trial.Gillott, who was charged by state police at Frackville with making false reports to incriminate another on Feb. 10, 2015, was placed in ARD on Feb. 18.Aurelia Wilder,26, of Nesquehoning: Charged by Rush Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while her operating privileges were suspended or revoked on Feb. 4, 2015.She was placed in ARD on Oct. 8, 2015. Baldwin removed her from the program, and she now faces trial.
