A domestic incident in Tamaqua on Dec. 14 resulted in charges being filed on Eric Berger, 32, of 150 Penn St.

Police were called to Penn Street at 7:55 a.m. for an ongoing dispute. Before they arrived officers were told Berger had left in a blue GMC. They made contact and stopped the car on South Railroad Street. Berger was driving, despite his license being suspended for driving under the influence.He was cited for disorderly conduct and driving while under suspension.
