State police at the Lehighton barracks have reported on several DUI incidents:
• A 49-year-old man from Albrightsville is facing charges of driving under the influence of drugs after a traffic stop.Police said the man was stopped at 4:54 p.m. Dec. 10 in the 400 block of the Maury Road in Penn Forest Township.•A 31-year-old Parryville man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after a traffic stop made for summary violations at 8:02 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Exxon Gas Station, 24 Blakeslee Blvd. Drive East, Lehighton.Police said after stopping the operator, they found there was a warrant issued for his arrest. He was taken into custody and given a blood test, the results of which are pending.• A 43-year-old Long Pond man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol aftera traffic stop for summary violations at 5:05 p.m. Dec. 7 on Route 209 in Towamensing Township.Police said the man was stopped at 9170 Interchange Road, after which time police discovered he was under the influence and arrested him.Police did not release names of those involved.
