Summit Hill Police have filed charges in several incidents.

Stolen vehicle: Police said that they recently charged Jonathan Stefanick, 30, whose last known address was North Market Street, Summit Hill, with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property for an incident that took place on March 3. At that time, police received a report that Stefanick entered his relative's property and took a motorcycle. He then left the area and fled the scene.Arrested on warrant: On Nov. 17 at 11:35 a.m., officers received a call from a Schuylkill County detective informing them that there was a woman in Summit Hill, identified as Amber Allen, 25, of East Hazard Street, who had a warrant out for her arrest. No details on the reason for the warrant were given by police. Officers went to the residence and found Allen. She was taken into custody and then to Carbon County Correctional Facility to await transport to Schuylkill.Destroys apartment: Police said on Aug. 14, officers received a phone call from a borough landlord regarding the destruction of an apartment that had been rented to Brandon Raab, 19, last known address along Geryville Pike, Green Lane. The landlord reported that when Raab left, he found the apartment destroyed after Raab urinated on the furniture and all over the property in the apartment. He was charged with criminal mischief.
