Wednesdayis the deadline for tickets to the sixth annual Tamaqua Community Advent Breakfast, which will be held at 9 a.m. Saturdayat Zion Lutheran Church, Mauch Chunk and Greenwood streets, Tamaqua.

This year's guest speaker is Times News Editor Marta Gouger. Music will be provided by Susan Featro and Tom Flamini. The program will also feature a candle lighting ceremony.The breakfast is sponsored by the Tamaqua Area Faith Fellowship Network and the Tamaqua Area Community Partnership.Tickets are available from TAFFN representatives and at most local church offices, the Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce and the Tamaqua Community Art Center.
