Santa Claus was greeted by Ross Township children on Saturday evening at Ross Township Park. The children all sang "Here Comes Santa Claus" and "Jingle Bells" for Santa.
Cookies and hot cocoa were available for everyone while Judy Beidinger read "The Night Before Christmas" for everyone.This year's turn out was very good, with 35 children all eager to meet Santa this year.Attendees were encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for PVEN food pantry and an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots.After children met with Santa, they received presents that were donated by a Ross Township Park Committee member.The kids also got to see fire trucks dressed up for Christmas and got the opportunity to sit in the trucks.
