Armed robbers struck a Monroe County hotel just after midnight on Thanksgiving.

Two unknown individuals stole an unknown amount of cash from Hotel M, located on Route 611 in Mount Pocono Borough, according to a news release from Pocono Mountain Regional Police.

Police said that two people, armed with handguns, entered the hotel around 12:20 p.m. and fled after stealing an undetermined amount of cash.

The two armed robbers were reportedly wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts and masks which covered their faces.

After leaving the hotel they fled in an unbeknown direction. They are still at large.
