Marian Catholic inducts new NHS members

New members of Marian Catholic High School’s Robert F. Kennedy chapter of the National Honor Society were inducted during a special ceremony held in the school auditorium. The 28 new inductees and officers include: (front) treasurer Megan Ferrello, President Katie Blozusky, Vice President Natalia Konitzer, secretary Sarah Grega; (second row) Aaron Srinivasan, Emily Meier, Corrin Dagostin, Reese Erbe, Joshua Jurick, Shay-Lynn Mahon, Antonia Galasso; (third row) Brady Whildin, Henry Kreisl, III, Joseph Maguschak, Megan Weber, Julia Hoben, Christina Capparell, Erica Baba; (fourth row) Michael Ecker, Claudia Stroia, Aidan Hinchey, Michael McLaughlin Jr., Joseph DeLash, Zaccary Roberts; (fifth row) Ethan Kuczynski, Jacob McNelis, Ryan Chapman, Joshua Hurst. The RFK chapter has been active at Marian since 1974. Current adviser is Mrs. Rita Nietz, who said “We are very proud to recognize these outstanding members of our student body. National Honor Society members are chosen for and then expected to continue their exemplary contributions to the school and community.”
