Incidents of criminal mischief

Damages security gate:A Luzerne County man is facing charges in Schuylkill County following an incident that occurred at 1:26 a.m. on Nov. 20.

State police at Frackville said Jason Hollis, 41, of Hazleton, manually lifted a mechanical security gate owned by Eagle Rock Resort and located to the rear of 550 Mountain Road in North Union Township. This caused the gate to become inoperable. Estimated repair cost is $250. Hollis was charged with criminal mischief.Front door damaged:McAdoo police cited Robert Wills Jr., 35, of McAdoo, in connection with an incident ata West Blaine Street location on Oct. 20.The building's owner contacted police to file a complaint about damage to the front door of his building. Officers determined that Wills had been attempting to enter the building to visit with tenants, despite the tenants advising him not to come due to the lateness of the hour (4:30 a.m.). Damage to the door and frame was valued at $650. Wills was cited for criminal mischief.Vehicle damaged:State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported at noon Nov. 11. A red 1992 Ford F-150 was damaged ata Chestnut Drive North location in Ross Township.
