Three defendants had their parole/probations revoked on petitions filed by the adult probation office for violating the conditions of their release.

The three were:Danielle Jaso, 32, of Lansford, had her probation revoked in two cases on charges of theft and retail theft on petition of probation officer Clifford Eckhart for violating conditions by not reporting to the probation office as directed, absconding from her approved residence, failing to make payments on court costs, failing to perform 50 hours of community service, failing to complete drug and alcohol treatment and being charged with a new criminal offense.Judge Joseph J. Matika resentenced her to serve six to 12 months in the county prison effective Nov. 16 with credit for 54 days served to date.Gary Bureau Jr.,31, of Lansford, had his probation revoked on a charge of persistent disorderly conduct on petition of Eckhart for violating conditions by repeatedly testing positive for controlled substances, failing to submit to scheduled drug screens and failing to complete drug and alcohol treatment.Matika resentenced him to serve 19 days to six months in prison on Nov. 16 with credit for 19 days already served and paroled. He is still subject to all prior conditions of his probation and must obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations for treatment.Jason Krug,32, of Lansford, had his parole revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on petition of probation officer Joseph Bettine for failing to complete 50 hours of community service.Matika resentenced him to serve three months back time in the county prison effective Feb. 1, 2017. However, if he completes the 50 hours service before that date the order will be vacated.
