A Tamaqua area man was cited by Tamaqua police after an altercation at the Tamaqua Elks Club in October.

Stanley Colin Moldenhauer, 36, of Wayne Avenue, Hometown, was cited for harassment after he reportedly punched another man during a pool league meet on Oct. 28. The victim provided police with a written statement on Oct. 31.
