Lansford police have charged four people.

Jessica M. Dementri, 23, of Jim Thorpe, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance; having a controlled substance she was not authorized to have; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; careless driving; and following too closely on June 16. The charges were filed on Oct. 31.John P. Ockenhouse, 27, of Palmerton, was charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct on Oct. 8.Diane M. Galetti, 34, Jim Thorpe: Charged with passing bad checks on March 28. Charges were filed on Oct. 31.Jessica Kerestes, 41, Nesquehoning: Charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 23. The charges were filed on Oct. 14.
