Greensburg Central Catholic defeated Marian in the PIAA 1A volleyball championship 25-13, 25-10, 25-19.

The Fillies led briefly in the first set, but the Centurions rolled after the early jitters.

The victory marks the second time in the past three seasons that GCC has beat Marian in the state title match.

Jasmine Mooney led the Fillies with 17 kills. GCC's Mikayla Bisignani was huge difference-maker with 20 kills.
