Pictures with Santa

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday,Santa Claus will be at the Aquashicola Fire Co., 270 Little Gap Road, Palmerton. Come have pictures with Santa. The event benefits Palmerton High School Class of 1972.Thanksgiving dinnerThanksgiving dinner will be served at Faith Alive United Methodist Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton (Bowmanstown). The dinner will be held Saturday. The doors open at 12:30 p.m. and dinner is served from 1-3 p.m. All are welcome to share this meal. The event dates are Saturdayfrom 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sundayfrom noon to 3 p.m. Grand prizes will be awarded. The grand prize drawings will take place on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. The benefit will be held in the church basement. There will also be baked goods and food items for sale. Please consider taking a few hours of your time to spend with these families by volunteering at First UCC.
