A tractor-trailer rollover closed part of Route 143 in Lehigh County just before 11 a.m. Friday. The crash happened near the intersection of Route 309 in New Tripoli. The rig was traveling north when it failed to negotiate a curve and rolled onto its side. The road was closed in both directions until crews could remove it. State police are investigating.
