White Bear Drive, Summit Hill, filed an action against Charles H. Nunemacher, 45 W. Phillips St., Coaldale. On Feb. 8, 2015, Kasperzack was on East Broad Street, Tamaqua, when his vehicle was rear-ended by one driven by Nunemacher, the suit alleges. Negligence is alleged for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.Mary Ann Vanlieu, 445 E. Ridge St., Lansford, filed suit against Benjamin M. Sherry and Lehighton Motors Inc., 21 Blakeslee Blvd., Lehighton. Sherry is identified as an employee of the auto firm.On Nov. 28, 2014, Vanlieu was driving her vehicle along Route 443 eastbound near the intersection of the Thomas J. McCall Memorial Bridge when it was struck by a vehicle operated by Sherry and owned by Lehighton Motors. Negligence is alleged for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
