PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Officials say a suspect fleeing a traffic stop in Philadelphia crashed into a police SUV, leaving two officers hurt.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports (http://bit.ly/2eTiT45 ) police say they stopped a car Tuesday night because its headlights weren't on. Police then determined the 31-year-old driver had his license suspended.Police say the car keys were placed on the car's roof, but that the driver remotely started it and took off.The car later crashed into a police SUV and rolled about 100 feet before landing in front of a house.Officials say the suspect fled but has been apprehended. He was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.The officers in the SUV were taken to a hospital in stable condition.The names of the suspect and the officer weren't immediately known.---Information from: The Philadelphia Inquirer,
