St. Luke's Miners Diabetes Education Center is hosting the first of what will be the Annual Diabetes Day from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 12 at the Tamaqua YMCA.

Shelley Sassaman will be the guest speaker. There will also be a cooking demonstration with taste testing.Seating is limited, so reservations are required.
