District Attorney Jim Martin has announced that a 13thjuvenile has been charged in relation to his involvement in the attack near Dieruff High School on Oct. 25, in which a group of approximately 20 pupils from Dieruff allegedly assaulted two fellow students.

The juvenile has been charged with one count each of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, both felonies of the first degree; and riot, a felony of the third degree.
