The Pennsylvania Department of Health will hold two shingles immunization clinics for eligible people in November.

Shingles vaccine clinics will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Fridayand Nov. 18 at the Gnaden Huetten Medical Office building, 281 N. 12th St., Lower Level, Suite A, Lehighton.Shingles vaccines are urged for those 50 or older, those with weakened immune systems and a history of chickenpox.Vaccines are available at low to no cost if a person is underinsured and your insurance doesn't cover the vaccine; or uninsured.Appointments at the clinic are a must.To set up an appointment call 570-325-6106.
