Lehighton police are investigating a scene where two people were found unconscious in a room at the Mahoning Inn. Shortly before noon, emergency personnel were called to room 25 where two people were unresponsive, one in a bed and another in a chair. Radio reports were drug paraphernalia was found throughout the room. Two Lehighton paramedic units were dispatched to the scene where they evaluated the two.
