Pocono Medical Center has appointed Dr. Radhika Ailawadi as the medical director of OB/GYN Physician Practices, and Dr. Aparna Tamaskar, family medicine, as the medical director of Primary Care at the West End Healthcare Center in Brodheadsville.

Ailawadi will be responsible for program and clinical operations for obstetrics, gynecology, urogynecology and maternal/fetal medicine practices.Through her medical directorship, Tamaskar will provide leadership to advance the clinical operations for primary care services in Brodheadsville.She excelled in her work as a co-chairman of Pocono Medical Center's Governance Council.Tamaskar has been a part of Pocono Medical since 2008; Ailawadi since 2009.
