Events• Celebrate Halloween in a safe environment by bringing family and friends to Northampton Community College's Monroe Campus to enjoy activities and trick-or-treat for free candy on the Spartan Treat Trail. This event will be held from 5-7 p.m. todayin Pocono Hall in Tannersville. It is free and open to the public, but only for children 13 years of age and under.• The West End Park and Open Space Commission is holding a pet costume parade at the VanBuskirk/Haney Park on Anchorage Road in Saylorsburg at 11 a.m. Saturday.
