Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:A juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton male for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and false ID to law enforcement, for an incident Oct. 14 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Burglary:David Leslie, 58, of Nesquehoning, charged with burglary, criminal trespass, defiant trespass, and harassment, for an incident Oct. 16 in the 100 block of Franklin Avenue.Junking of vehicles:Richard Davis Jr, 60, of Allentown, charged with junking of vehicles, for an incident Sept. 30 in the 400 block of Alley A.Citations:Police issued three citations for speeding, and three for vehicle violations.
