State Police at Fern Ridge report
State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents:
• A 15-year-old male from Effort was cited for theft for an incident at the Pleasant Valley High School in Chestnuthill Township. The teen entered the locker of a 14-year-old male from Kunkletown on Sept. 7 around 1 p.m. removed his iPhone, valued at $700, and damaged it. The phone was eventually returned to the school's assistant principal.• Apheraddyttie Ezzmerrelda Henneborn, 29, and Crista May Conklin, 29, both of Effort, were cited for an incident on Sept. 22 about 4:30 p.m. at a school bus stop along Bayberry Road at the intersection with Mountain Road in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said the twowere screaming profanities and obscene language at each other and in each other's faces. The bus driver did not let the children out of the bus due to the conduct of the two, and dropped them off after making several other stops in the area.Henneborn and Conklin were both cited for disorderly conduct.• Three people were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 10:05 a.m. on Sept. 30 in an apartment on the 1700 block of Route 534 in Penn Forest Township. Names were not released.• Troopers said Thomas Enright, of Blakeslee, went to the apartment of his ex-girlfriend to pick up his daughter for his visitation. During the attempted custody exchange the mother stated the father could not have the child. An argument started, with multiple people pushing each other and threatening each other. As a result Enright, Chase Ryan Burkhardt and Nicole Frances Tobin, both of Albrightsville, were all cited for harassment.• An incident at 5:16 p.m. Oct. 2 in the the 1700 block of Upper Valley Road, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township resulted in a citation being issued for criminal mischief. Troopers said Joebina Elizabeth Ellington, 58, was cutting a tree with an electric saw outside of her residence. A 100-foot extension cord stretched across the roadway. Tina Marie Maxwell, 51, of Wind Gap, began to argue with Ellington over the wood she was cutting and rapidly accelerated over the extension cord with her Chevrolet pickup, damaging the cord. She was cited.• William Paladino, 53, and John Lahowchic, 39, both of Albrightsville, entered into a verbal argument on Oct. 5 in the area ofBuckhill Road in Penn Forest Township. The argument turned physical, with both striking each other. Both were issued citations for harassment.• A vehicle stop along Interstate 80 in Pocono Township resulted in the arrest of a fugitive from justice. Troopers said Kajuan Kalik Walker, 28, of Queens, New York, was stopped at 12:13 a.m. Tuesday for a traffic violation. At the stop troopers learned that Walker was wanted in Virginia for 26 charges involving credit card theft. He was taken into custody and placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending extradition.• Joseph John Tracy, 31, of Chestnuthill Township, is facing a charge of criminal mischief. Troopers said Tracy confessed to throwing nails on the driveway on Nettle Road, Chestnuthill Township at 1:21 p.m. Sunday to damage the resident's vehicles.• Jenna M. Crisman, of Saylorsburg, was charged with an incident on Holding Road in Brodheadsville. Troopers said Crisman went to that location intentionally and remained there despite receiving notice not to be there.• Suzanne Virginia McCready, 33, of Stroudsburg, was issued a nontraffic citation for a dog law violation after her German shepherd bit a woman at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 4 near Kroucher Road and Glen Lane in Jackson Township. Police said the victim sustained "minimal" injuries as a result of the bite. Police said McCready allowed the dog to run loose.
