The Carbon County Commissioners, on Thursday, made a number of personnel moves during their weekly meeting, including:

• Resignations: John FM Evans of Summit Hill and Justin J. Hall of Weatherly, part-time corrections officers; Joseph W. Gurka of Summit Hill, corrections officer; and Ashley J. Leickel of Palmerton, part-time dispatcher, Communications Center. Evans' and Gurka's resignations were effective Oct. 9, Hall's effective date was Oct. 7; and Leickel's effective date was Oct. 19.• Court appointment: Eric J. Yuknek of Palmerton, probation officer I, adult probation, effective Oct. 31.• Changes of status: Colby S. Chew of Lansford from part-time corrections officer/Teamsters to corrections officer, effective Oct. 24; and Alexander W. Bonner of Allentown and O'Neil O. Chambers of Albrightsville, part-time corrections officers to part-time corrections officers/Teamsters, effective Oct. 24.
