Lawrence Purcell, 34, of Kunkletown, who police said was "wanted," was apprehended by state police at the Lehighton barracks at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 18 at 4144 Forest Drive, Kunkletown, Polk Township.

Police said they responded to the residence after receiving information that Purcell was there, and found him hiding in a bedroom closet. After he was apprehended, police said they found two bags containing 50 grams of suspected marijuana on the bedroom floor.Purcell was transported to the Monroe County Prison, Snydersville.
