Nikki Collevechio of the Neumann University women's volleyball team was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III South Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 9.

The senior was also named the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Defensive Player of the Week.Collevechio averaged 5.12 digs-per-set and added 11 service aces in a 3-2 week. In the match against King's College, she had 31 digs to go along with 19 against Washington and 16 against Scranton.Neumann has a record of 10-13 overall and 3-1 in the CSAC.Collevechio is a Marian graduate and the daughter of Robert and Mary Jean Collevechio of Summit Hill.
