Crews work at the scene of crash Sunday afternoon on Fireline Road in Bowmanstown. The road was closed to traffic Sunday after a driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, entering the berm and snapping off a utility pole. The incident occurred just after noon at the intersection with East White street. The driver was not injured in the incident. State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
