A Carbon County woman has been charged with neglect of a care of a dependent person.

State police at Fern Ridge filed the charges against Grace Ann Porter, 49, of 85 Buckhill Road, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township.The police information report indicates the incident occurred on Saturday about 11:54 p.m. and involved a 61-year-old woman from Albrightsville as the victim.
