Lehighton Borough will hold a tire recycle drop-off for residents who pay garbage fees to the borough only from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 22 at the Public Works garage.

There is a limit of five tires per resident, and they must bring their utility bill and driver's license as proof of residence.
