Magisterial District Judge Casimir Kosciolek was recertified as a member of Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System after a successful completion of legal education course work.

The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts designed the weeklong program to ensure that Magisterial District Judges stay updated on current legal topics and management techniques to fairly adjudicate cases and effectively supervise a district court office.This year's curriculum included motor vehicle code, bail, contempt, mental health, updates on evidence, search and seizure, civil law, ethics and more.
