Police have identified the man killed in a crash at 11:52 a.m. Saturday on Route 902 (Mill Road) in Mahoning Township, near the Summit Hill border.
Mahoning Township police said Anthony D. Williams, 34, of Summit Hill, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling southeast on Mill Road when he failed to negotiate a downhill left-hand curve.The Jeep crossed the center of the roadway before striking the westbound embankment. It then rolled over several times before coming to rest on its roof.Williams died at the scene. Police said he was wearing a seat belt.A child secured in a safety seat and another child secured with a seat belt survived with minor injuries.
