The Carbon Chamber and Economic Development Corp. in partnership with BRC 13 will host a live debate on Oct. 20 between state Rep. Doyle Heffley, R-Carbon, and his challengers, Neil Makhija, the Democratic candidate, and Matthew Schutter, the Libertarian candidate.The debate will take place from 8 to 9 p.m. at Penn's Peak, 328 Maury Road, Jim Thorpe, and will be televised live on BRC 13.
