Dustin Starkey, 18, of East Elm Street, Tamaqua, has been cited by Tamaqua Police in connection with an incident on Sept. 13.

Officers were contacted on Sept. 19 by a man, who said he had been assaulted by Starkey six days earlier as they were behind Boyer's Food Market on Cedar Street. The victim said he was slammed on his head and struck in the face and wanted to press charges.Starkey was cited for harassment.
