JOHSNTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A Johnstown police officer has been placed on administrative leave after he allegedly overdosed and was found unconscious while on duty in the Public Safety Building.

City solicitor Elizabeth Benjamin confirmed the action to the Tribune Democrat (http://bit.ly/2d5Srpy ).
