State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a burglary that was reported at 12:32 a.m. Sept. 22 in Ross Township.

The incident happened at a residence on Winter Way. The victim is a resident of Linden, New Jersey.Police identified a suspect in the case as a 43-year-old man from East Stroudsburg, who they said gained access to the victim's home, where he was staying without the homeowner's permission.Police said a blue Yamaha ATV, a Craftsman snowblower, a Honda generator, an Xbox, DeWalt power tools, three nail guns and other random tools were discovered and seized from the scene.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police at 610-681-1850.
