Schuylkill County judges ruled on four cases involving local police departments.

Eric N. Hope,47, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with violating a protection from abuse order on Aug. 17.Judge D. Michael Stine fined him $300, ordered him to follow all recommendations of a drug and alcohol evaluation, pay court costs and fees.Bernadette Moulthrop,45, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with two counts each of aggravated and simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment - subject other to physical contact, and disorderly conduct on June 23, and by Coaldale police with two counts of aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person, institutional vandalism of an educational facility, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and harassment on May 10.Judge Cyrus P. Dolbin granted her request to reduce her bail to $5,000 unsecured in each case.Duane R. Allen II,28, Tamaqua: Charged by Frackville Borough police with tampering with or fabricating evidence on June 4.Judge James P. Goodman dissolved a bench warrant against him and set bail at $5,000 unsecured.Goodman ordered him to continue living at 152 N. Railroad St., and not relocate without notifying the court.Gregorio Flores,36, Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with resisting arrest, having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia on June 10.Goodman dissolved a bench warrant against him and set bail at $2,500 unsecured.He ordered Flores to continue living at 101 Rowe St., and not relocate without notifying the court.
