A Northampton County man entered guilty pleas in Carbon County court on Tuesday in five pending cases.

William M. Tworkowsky, 22, of Danielsville, pleaded to four counts of criminal conspiracy and one count of theft. The conspiracy charges are to theft and retail theft.Tworkowsky was charged by Mahoning Township police with incidents at the Lowe's store along Route 443 and occurred during the time frame of May 10-20. Tworkowsky, with the help of co-defendants, stole various items from the store then attempted to exchange them for cash.Judge Joseph J. Matika accepted the pleas but deferred sentencing ordering the adult probation office to prepare a presentence investigation report. Tworkowsky is currently an inmate in the Lehigh County prison facing other charges.
