Two people were seriously injured in a crash along great Route 903 in Penn Forest Township Tuesday afternoon. According to scanner reports, the two were flown were unconscious at the scene.

The crash occurred at the entrance to the Dollar General Store, near the intersection with Old Stage Road.

Two of the injured were treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics and flown to area trauma centers.

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the incident.
