Tamaqua police cited Megan Lynn Matousek, 23, of East Broad Street, Tamaqua, for an incident on Sept. 1.

Residents of the Arlington Street area heard a woman screaming "get off me" and called the Schuylkill County Communications at 12:37 p.m. Officers found Matousek and another person in a wooded area to the south of Federal Street. They were having an argument, which could easily be heard from the street, which was about 100 yards away.When told residents had called police because they thought she was in trouble, Matousek apologized. She was cited disorderly conduct.
