COUDERSPORT (AP) - Some residents in a small Pennsylvania town say plastic bags were left on their lawns that contained rocks, lollipops and a flier that reads "Are there troubles in your neighborhood? Contact the Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan today."
PennLive.com reports (http://bit.ly/2d10hT4 ) police estimate the leaflets arrived at between 10 and 15 homes over the weekend in Coudersport, about 120 miles northwest of Harrisburg near the state border.
The flier depicts a hooded figure and an American flag. It states "You can sleep tonight knowing the Klan is awake."
A voice mailbox for a number labeled "24-hour Klanline" included on the message is full.
