Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus P. Dolbin has sentenced a Mahanoy City manto two to four years in state prison, followed by six years on probation in five separate cases.

He was given credit for 154 days already served, and ordered to pay court costs and fees.Joseph R. Holland, 35, was also charged with crimes by Blythe Township police and state police at Frackville.State police charged Holland with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass on Aug. 20, 2011.Dolbin accepted Holland's guilty plea to merged theft and receiving stolen property charges.He sentenced Holland to repay $2,730 the Barbara Ott, one to two years in prison.The remaining charges were dropped.Tamaqua police charged Holland with fleeing, recklessly endangering another person, driving while his license was suspended, driving the wrong way, reckless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, and driving without insurance on April 24, 2016.Dolbin accepted Holland's guilty plea to the fleeing charge, and sentenced him to one to two years in prison, followed by five years of probation. He also fined Holland $200 on the charge of driving without a license.The remaining charges were dropped.Tamaqua police also charged Holland with passing bad checks, also on April 24.On that charge, Dolbin accepted his plea and sentenced him to repay $780 to Kevin Jacobs, and to serve six to 24 months.Rush Township police charged Holland with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and driving while his license was suspended on April 6.Dolbin accepted his plea to the theft charge, and sentenced him to six to 24 months in state prison, concurrently with the sentence in the first case.Holland was also ordered to repay $59 to Walmart.The remaining charges were dropped.Blythe Township police charged Holland with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and tampering with evidence on April 20.Dolbin accepted his plea, and sentenced him to one to two years on the mischief charge, and to repay $4,200 to Douglas Millbyer.On the merged theft and receiving charges, Dolbin sentenced him to one to two years in prison, to be served concurrently with the first charge.He sentenced Holland to six to 12 months in prison on the tampering charge, to be served concurrently.
